WIM: The Organization

Women in Management (WIM) is a gathering of women at all stages of their careers who meet for the purpose of enhancing professional development through networking, special programs and community outreach. Energetic luncheons are held bi-monthly featuring hot topics of interest to women in the workplace, often spotlighting the movers and shakers of our community.

WIM is an affiliate of the Michigan City Area Chamber of Commerce and is overseen by a steering committee and Chamber staff. Through the Chamber of Commerce, WIM presents the ATHENA Award annually. This event and the award recognize the chievements of individuals whose professional accomplishments and community service further the advancement of women in the workplace as well as impact women's issues.

WIM Members receive a lapel pin, special pricing for luncheons and programming, periodic newsletters and valuable information.
